I talked to my brother about it and knew he didn't have a lot of games left, and I've never been to one, nor one of his soccer games... and this morning I slept in til freakin' 12:30 in the afternoon instead of getting up at 8ish to go with my parents. Around 3 I got a text from my brother telling me when his game was next week- but I can't go. I told my brother that "I suck" and "Sorry" and ":(" and what I got back was just a nice little "Whatever."
Guilt trips blow. I was in a selfish state of mind. I can't change the past.
eh dont worry about it. in all honesty your brother probably cares more about whether you are there or not than your nephew cause he is just excited to playing anyways.
